Refund policy

At Pixie and Petal, we have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a faulty item.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request an exchange for a faulty item, please contact us at hello@pixieandpetal.com.au with:

  • your order number,
  • proof of purchase,
  • a description of the fault, and
  • clear photos of the faulty item.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@pixieandpetal.com.au

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome of your exchange or refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
